With proper care, most of our floral arrangements stay vibrant for 7 to 10 days. We include a packet of flower food and a care guide with every order to help maximize their lifespan.

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time. This applies to most floral arrangements and select indoor plants within our standard delivery zones.
What is your return policy for non-perishable home items?
Vases, pots, and other non-living home accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.
How are the flowers protected during the shipping process?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and secure hydration packs to ensure your blooms arrive in peak condition, regardless of the weather outside.
Can I customize a subscription for my home or office?
Absolutely. Our 'MyFlowers Home' subscription allows you to choose the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and the style of arrangement to fit your interior design.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your flowers or home goods arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
