At MyFlowers, we want your home to bloom with happiness. If your decor or floral arrangements don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyFlowers account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
